This workshop combines self-awareness, communication development, confidence building, and professional image refinement to help participants strengthen their personal brand in authentic and practical ways.

The programme is interactive, highly practical, and focused on helping participants become more intentional about the way they communicate and show up professionally.

Part 1: Understanding and Defining Your Personal Brand

We begin by helping participants understand what personal branding truly means and how perception, communication, behaviour, and visibility shape professional reputation.

Participants explore:

  • Personal brand vs reputation

  • First impressions and professional perception

  • Identifying strengths, values, and unique value

  • Defining what they want to be known for

  • Building confidence in their professional identity

  • Creating a clear and authentic personal brand statement

Practical exercises and guided reflection help participants become more intentional about how they show up professionally.

Part 2: Communication, Visibility and Professional Influence

In the second half of the workshop, participants focus on strengthening the communication, visibility, and relationship-building skills that support long-term professional growth and influence.

  • Confidence and credibility in workplace interactions

  • Communication habits that build trust

  • Professional presence in meetings and networking spaces

  • LinkedIn and digital brand awareness

  • Networking and relationship-building skills

  • Communicating value without sounding self-promotional

  • Creating a practical 90-day personal brand action plan
